bright and huge rooms with a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave. the staff was very pleasant and exceptionally nice and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. walk from a port, marvellous and brilliant location. lots of pubs and restaurants nearby.

Had really really nice stay for Carnivale weekend in Port Douglas, the staff were excellent, location was stunning in cafes around the corner. I greatly enjoyed the room with great privacy, the bed was large.

You cannot beat the location! Right in the heart of town, just minutes from restaurants and shops. The spacious room featured a comfy bed, large balcony, and a spa that overlooked the well-kept pool and BBQ area. Two pools are available, with the smaller one recommended for swimming. We appreciated the shared washing machine and dryer as well.
Check-in was not warm. Noise from above was disruptive.

I appreciated the seamless check-in process and the friendly staff at the reception. the location was convenient, with easy access to Mcgrossan Street, making it simple to explore nearby attractions. my room, while small, was functional and clean, allowing me to quickly settle in after a long day of sightseeing.
The room felt quite claustrophobic due to its position at street level and lack of natural light. It was disappointing that there wasn't space for even a small chair, which limited my ability to relax comfortably in the evenings.
